As of 16.03.2026, before applying for Food Supplements to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, operations must also be made through the Ministry of Health, Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK).

• Company registration in the relevant system
• Obtaining a letter of conformity of the food supplement brand and name  

Operations to be carried out through the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Provincial Directorate of Agriculture;  

Although there are some changes depending on whether the product is manufactured locally or imported, the process is managed by carrying out the following processes.

• Checking the compliance of the product content with the botanical plant list, restricted substances list and other legislation
• Checking the compliance of active ingredients and amounts with the legislation on food supplements
• Checking the compliance of additives and amounts with the food supplements legislation
• Preparation of the percent ingredient list in accordance with the legislation
• Checking the suitability of the product name and brand
• Preparation of specification document
• Technical support for obtaining documents requested from abroad
• Following up the application after the dossier preparation is completed and submitted to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture
• Taking action according to the incoming deficiency letter and making expert interviews
• Registering the company and products in the Food Safety Information System
• Checking the compliance of nutritional declarations with the legislation and directing the company in this regard
• Preparation of the mandatory information that should be on the label according to the nature of the product in accordance with the labeling regulation
• Making pre-application for label approval
• Getting Label Approval
• Communicating with the experts during the approval period, making the necessary corrections and writing their answers.
• Our services regarding the finalization of shipment notification and customs procedures within a few days according to the physical and chemical properties of the product:
• Starting the procedures by taking a GGBS appointment before the product comes to customs and performing the shipment notification
• Finalizing the customs procedures after the report is issued
• Submission of the license application file prepared in line with the legislation of the target country
