- Registration of the company to the UTS System and, if necessary, to the EBS System
- Checking the Compliance of the Cosmetic Product Formulation with the legislation
- Appointment of the Responsible Technical Employee (STE)
- Making necessary notifications if there is nanomaterial in the product
- Registering Cosmetic Products on UTS
- Providing support / controlling during the preparation of the Patient Information Leaflet, Label and Package
- Making Cosmetic Product Application Procedures
- Making application updates according to the deficiencies reported by the Authority (from TITCK)
- If requested, preparation of Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment report by authorized experts who have received the necessary training in accordance with the legislation.
- Registering only products registered in the EUP system to the UTS system
